Privacy notice

This notice describes the Authenti Social product website and managed-network service. A self-hosted customer is responsible for publishing a notice appropriate to its own organization, configuration, and jurisdiction.

1. Our principle

We treat information that identifies you, including information stored in cookies, as your personal intellectual property. We use information to provide the experience you request, not to build advertising profiles or follow you across unrelated websites.

2. Information we collect

The product website receives details you deliberately submit, such as a self-hosted consultation request or an email address provided for product updates. Product-update emails are encrypted in the application database, paired with a keyed one-way hash to prevent duplicate subscriptions, and stored without an IP-address or browser-profile field. A managed network may hold account details, profile information, membership relationships, posts, comments, reactions, articles, messages, reports, security events, and uploaded media needed for its features.

Technical service logs may temporarily process an IP address, browser information, timestamps, requested pages, and error details for security, reliability, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. Authenti Social does not use those logs to create advertising audiences.

3. How information is used

Information is used to operate accounts and network features, authenticate requests, deliver requested communications, process invitations and approvals, prevent abuse, support moderation, troubleshoot errors, maintain backups, respond to inquiries, and meet lawful obligations.

4. Cookies and browser storage

An essential session cookie maintains secure sign-in, protects forms, and remembers the current network while you use the site. By default, that session closes with the browser. If you choose “Remember Me,” a first-party preference and longer-lived authentication cookie may keep your sign-in available. You can choose “Don’t Remember Me,” sign out, revoke an active device, or reopen Privacy choices to change the preference.

Authenti Social does not include advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or cross-site behavioral profiling in the standard platform.

5. Customer network administrators

Each customer controls membership and moderation inside its network. Administrators can review membership information, reports, and operational records needed to manage that space. The platform-operator dashboard uses aggregate member activity and does not display private-message bodies, individual browsing trails, or member email addresses as analytics.

6. Retention and your choices

Information is kept while an account, network, inquiry, subscription choice, legal obligation, backup cycle, or legitimate security need requires it. Members can update account and profile information, change privacy settings, revoke active sessions, download a portable copy of their member data, or permanently delete a non-owner account from Settings. Network and Club House owners must transfer or remove their owned spaces first. Consultation contact details and product-update email addresses are submitted with explicit consent and encrypted at rest. A product-update subscriber can withdraw consent by contacting hello@authentisocial.com.

7. Security

Authenti Social uses application authorization, tenant boundaries, password hashing, request validation, rate limits, protected media delivery, and production configuration controls. No service can guarantee absolute security. Network owners must protect administrator credentials, keep self-hosted systems patched, maintain backups, and configure HTTPS and access controls correctly.

8. Service providers and legal disclosure

Hosting, email, backup, and infrastructure providers may process limited information to deliver the service. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or when necessary to protect people, the service, or the rights of others. Authenti Social does not sell member information for advertising.

9. Children

Organizations serving children must configure access, consent, moderation, retention, and guardian processes appropriate to applicable law. The standard product website is not directed to children purchasing services.

10. Questions and requests

Members should first contact the administrator of their private network because that organization controls its community policies. Questions about the Authenti Social product website or managed service can be sent to hello@authentisocial.com.
